Sounds good, I'll have to give it a try when I have time.

Which wire did you tap into? (I'm pretty illerate when it comes to this stuff) Where can that wire be found? I'd want it to come on only when my headlights are on. I've never removed or modified any parts of a consoul before, where can I find instructions or suggestions?

I accidentally did that when I was playing with lights in my Solara long time ago. You know that blue LED unit I played with to glow my Toyota symbol up front. I just didnt think about mounting a LED by drilling a hole under my cup holders.

It would be cool though :D

If you have an Auto, you can tap into your shifter... the letters only come on when you turn on your parking lights... tho they might come on when you beep your alarm too

Put them on a switch. I would never tap into factory wiring for something like that. I would rather see a wire from the battery with an in-line fuse makes things a whole lot safer.

I have done that mod before.

I put 2 blue in the front 2 green in the back of each cup holder it was hella bright and some sweet color blending.
