ya its a dodge neon

the sad part is that he actually sounds like a cobra. well from the inside. he even has the acceleration rate down all the way through 4th gear. and then... haha i dunno, but the microphone on the camera definately cant take it hahahaha i think he went from 4th gear back into 3rd or something. his body contortions also lead me to that one.
