Hey there all!
I think everyone had a good time. This event really wasn't about showing the Solaras as much as it was about meeting friends in person and representing SG at the event.
I took a bunch of photos, but I'm working to scale the images down so I can upload them. (They were taken with a 6.3MP Canon digital SLR so the images are huge) I'll get them posted this evening.

Reggie takes 1st Place with his Gen1. I take second in my Gen2 and third goes to the VP of JC Whitney (I forgot his name) with his supercharged Gen1. (I think the judge likes red cars and $50 bills left on the dash.) LOL
I hope everyone had a great time and made it home safely. (SAP Z) I hope you are feeling better. you should get an award for hanging in there.

--- We assemble into a line. Down2theC passes out a special mix CD of tunes for our ride to the show. (Nicely done Mike! It sounded awesome on RGZToy's system. I now hate my stock stereo.) SPF 0 in his black Gen2 ragtop leads the way with his aftermarket NAV unit. I try to snap pics driving down the interstate without dropping my $1000 camera.

STO's awesome Gen1
Down2theC (Mike) and I met this guy in a parking lot the day before the show. This has to be the cleanest Gen1 I've ever seen. It turns out to be a 2000 model with 10,000 miles on it. Yes, 10K!! He says he'll enter in next year's show. He should have 11K miles by then.
Elmhurst pulled some strings with TMS to get the Pioneer Scion tC show car and the xB stretch limo. They were sent from LA by tractor trailer.

Is that PhreakdOut's GEN2 in the picture above that took home a trophy? If so Congratulations. Looks like you SGuys had fun.
I didn't correct him on camera but I'm sending the guy an email so he can make sure to fix it in editing. http://www.msutv.com/ to look for air-time. Might have a nice plug for SG in there.
