How come the Gen 2 have so many TSB?

Every vehicle has TSBs. But not every TSB is a "problem issue", many TSBs have advice for the techs such as how to set a VIN number, how to flash an ECM to replacing a tonneau cover.

It did not say anything for the 2006, but it is for the 5-speed automatics.
Are they just referring to the '04 - '05 for the V6 engines.
