Just came home from a local sticker shop. www.stickercity.com I got some yellow fog light tints for $20. I'll post some pics as soon as I install them on Monday. I had a look around the shop and those tints look like a pretty good alternative to those who dont want/cant afford real hids. I'm gonna get the ice blue ones as soon as I finish the fogs.

I picked up the Hyper Yellow Nokya h10's off ebay. Bought them for 25 dollars. Not too bad considering that NO ONE in Erie Pa could get them yet.

So check them out, i put em on today and just snapped a pic with my camera phone. I doubt it'll show much difference at night.
