Just wanted to say Goodbye

I know that this is not the correct forum to post this in, but since the Gen 2 people are the ones I always spoke to, I am posting here.

I sold my Solara two weeks ago to my sister in law. She has wanted that car ever since the day I bought it. I have always been a mustang girl, so I got a 2005 Mustang GT to replace my pretty Solara. I love having a mustang again, but I do miss all of the comforts and conveniences of having my Solara.

I have thoroughly enjoyed talking with all of you, and I will never forget being the first one to try out the crappy aftermarket dash kit. Good luck to all of you with your cars. I will try to pop in every now and then to check on things. I see Michael is still hard at work.

Take Care!

:P Traitor! The thing about the solara is that its a unique car and an engineering marvel, Mustangs are dime a dozen wannabe badass'es car, but still I hope it serves you well. Solara Fo' Life comming through the hood with strife! 8)

bass-I did not post this to get comments from the peanut gallery, I don't think I have ever even talked to you, so I would appreciate you keeping your comments to yourself.

To everyone else, thanks for your well wishes. I look forward to popping in from time to time to see what new creations Michael T has made, as well as the rest of you.

Best of luck to 'ya. Enjoy the 'stang.

Atleast you'll have 10 million different aftermarket parts to choose from. (Unlike us Solara owners. :( )

The Mustang was a huge hit at last year's SEMA show. Enjoy!!

Thanks guys. You would be surprised, there really are not that many aftermarket parts for the 05 Stang yet. It is a first year model for this body style, so I am in the exact same boat I was in buying the Solara. Another thing, parts are a lot more expensive as well. The only good thing is, the color I got was only available on the 05, so it will be worth a lot of meny some day hopefully. Either way, I am having fun with it, and no matter what you drive, that is what's important! :D

Have fun with the stang. I just cant get over it having a live rear axle (basically no rear suspension). Hopefully one day it will be worth a lot of money to someone other than the repair shop. Don't mean to flame, I have just had too many bad experiences with domestics...
