What is this left hand drift service report I have read

OK, Been reading many posts trying to get caught up to speed. What is this left hand drift? When I bought my car, it seemed like the alignment was off. The car pulled while driving on a nice flat road. Is this what you guys and gals are talking about?

Is there something I can have the dealership do to fix it?

What causes it?
