Extra Mile tire warranty program

I'm about to attempt to warranty my tires that pretty much wore out after only 25K miles
Has anyone here had good experience with this already?
I hate that I have to go through the dealership :(

If you look at the fine prints in Solara brochures, there's a note saying "Tire life may be less than 24,000 miles...." So i think 25k is pretty good then. Mine at 21k and at 3/32 all around, I'm start shopping for a new set.

Lucky for us in the snow belt we put (4) snows on my wifes 2004 so she gets another 7k out of the OEM. Next spring she will get new treads though.
