What should I pay for a SE sport V6

Postby IMPQ » Fri May 27, 2005 9:20 am

Hi Everyone

I'm looking to buy a 2006 SE sport V6 solara with the option of side curtain airbags. Im researching KBB and find the invoice for this car with the airbag option listed at $21,786.

What is a resaonable offer I can make?

Thanks,

IMPQ :)

I would check how much the www.carsdirect.com sells for with all the options you like to take; then compare who gives a better deal.

I got mine for 22.5K out the door. I don't think starting at 21.5K would be an unreasonable first offer. I had them at 21.7K, but then I realized that teh suroof wasn't really an "option". I would of had to special order a sport without a sunroof fror 21.7K. Almost wish I did, but I needed a car at that moment.

damn 22.5k out the door?! I got my non-sport v-6 out the door for 21.5k. I dont think socal dealers would let go of a sport v5 for 22.5k. thats insane!
