Louvers

Postby Solorange » Wed May 25, 2005 8:05 pm

No dont put louvers on your solara. They only look good on 3rd gen fbodys and old mustangs including the fox body. Although that retro mustang looks pretty good.

But now that the topic is up and im thinking about it now whoever put up that post to see everybodies photoshop work. That person was pretty good and should photochop some louvers on a solara so we could see it.

it's like jalosies on a car....yick! ugly IMHO. jalosies belong only on houses if you ask me. lest you live in a motor home: leave it alone.

Louvers in my opinion look good on the cars that have more of the tilted rear windshield......ex. the camaro's, firebird's, starion's/conquest's, mustang's and a few others I'm forgetting.

......dunno how it would look on a Solara though......someone should Photoshop it to see how it looks.

That actually doesn't look half bad......imagine if it was painted the same color as the car.......

Out of curiousity, would you get a ticket for something like that on a Solara ? ? ? ?

Yeah i really dont like it that much. I mean it looks better on a solara than a lot of other cars, but i could do without them. I wouldnt dare putting louvers on my solara. My friends called me a redneck for driving a camaro. They would definatly let me know about it if did that to a solara.
