Time for another update. After speaking with Kenny last, Kenny is my contact, I agreed to do a pencil trace of the upper area of my rear window and send it to him. I also sent him several digital photos of the area in question.

More to come.

Im down to buy one (CF) but only if its actually functional. Will these things add any downforce?

There may be some down force effect but you will never go fast enough for long enough to realize it. This is not Daytona!!

Is there anything we can do to get this moving along and begin to have these made? Preferably, the primed ones, not the too expensive carbon fiber.

Guys,

Was surfing ebay and came across:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 7974837881

Emailed him to ask if it would fit our Solara's even though i knew it wouldn't hoping for a response like the one I got. His feedback isn't stellar, but he is in Cali - so some of our guys can check. Anyhow here is the response: "sorry, it can't be fit ur car...and we don't make one for that mondel.however, someone order 20pcs from me for Solara. but i need at least 40pcs order because make "mode" will cost me $1000...so if u order other 20pcs from me and sell it on e-bay, i can make it for u guys, by the way, u will get all in wholesale price"

Now he doesn't say what the wholesale price would be, but assuming it would be about the same as the one on ebay. Anybody think this is worth going after - anybody want to take it further?
