I have to go over to Toyota parts later today, so I'll ask for you guys... (Gen 4/4.5) and let you know.

The last time I actually saw them, they were black housed w/ 'angel eyes' :)
1GR-FE ftw!

angel eyes would be sweet. seeing as the corolla lights are only $150, count me in....

Gen 1 (chrome - no more than $200)

hope this works out, i hate the gen1 dual filaments. i assume the lows will use 9006 bulbs and the highs 9005?

p.s. If they really are one-piece (i.e. headlights and corner lens in one housing) then color dosent matter.

It would still be dual filament, since if you wanna do 9006/9005, you have to rewire and reharness the wiring.

The guy can probably sell a pair of black corners with every set of black projectors.

Wouldnt a single projector with nothing else look weird in our headlights since thier so longways? I'm tryin to picture it in my head. The only way in my head to make it look alrite would it to have a second circle beside the projector (possibly for angel eyes?)

All,

I think we would be lying to ourselves if we think a new Gen 1 and 1.5 Projectors will cost anywhere near the price of projectors for the Corolla. Please keep in mind the company will want to recoup their engineering/design and model definition cost as this as a totally new light assembly.

Now I'm sure if we start talking about a single corner and headlight assembly well up goes the price again. Duel lamps, another cost increase.

Please understand that we are talking about an entirely new custom designed headlight assy soley for our car. Custom cost money and always will. I don't want to scare anyone off but, those are the hard facts.

Hang in there and lets see what the cost really is.

I'm willing to pay just about anything, for any style. I'd prefer it not to have to rewire for a second bulb for Gen1's...and Either a full piece assy or selling black corners with each set is fine with me...I just really want this to get going.

Id choose dual lamps over integrated corners any day of the week. I think a single dual filament projector in our big headlight housings will look odd.

All I want is a high quality plug and play light. Cost is really not an issue if it is what I want.
