GB Woodgrain Dash Kit

Whats up guys, I have talked to a vendor and have very good news. They have agreed to set up a group buy for us. I believe that the Gen 1 and Gen 1.5's have different color woodgrain? So post what Gen you are in and how definate you are in buying these. I want to have these by Mid June. I will go to New York to pick them up directly to make sure we get what we paid for. If I am unable to do so, hopefully Jeff (1st Gen Sol) could pick them up and i'll ship them out.

The prices depend on how many members we get to buy in.
10 people: $93
15-20 people: $87.50
25-30 people: $82.50

These prices do not include shipping. They wanted $10 each shipped, therefore either I or 1st Gen Sol will be picking these up and ship them out the best way we can to save us all some money on shipping. (I know many of you guys in CA live in close distance, we could ship a few sets together and you guys can split the shipping and save some money)

nah sorry bro they basically told me for the price of the 36 pcs, thats basically the normal price for smaller kits others are selling. I'm shooting for the 82.50 deal lolz. Anyone know how large this kit is? Trying to figure out shipping costs. No way it would be $10 bucks ups ground

This is a damn good price if you want the dash kit. I paid over $120 for mine, and I dont think that had as many pieces as this one. Even the smallest kits (7pc?) will run you at least $90. Honestly, you wont and probably shouldnt use most of these pieces anyways. I think I used about 15-20. Looks awesome on a Gen1 w/ tan interior, not too big of a fan on charcoal or on the Gen1.5, because of the mustard wood as opposed to the burlwood, but thats your decision to make.

.........I think it might be best that we just let your vendor ship them out b/c its gonna be a pain in the @$$ driving there and back. With gas prices and paying tolls back and forth I don't think it be worth it to go and pick them up. If it was closer I would.

I think that the prices quoted are worth while especially since there are memebrs that have shown interest in replacing there old ones because they have faded.

I'm curious, don't these kits also fot the 95-00 Camry interiors (some pieces not all) because they basically have the same interior until the new body style came out ? ? ? ?

Also.....if anybody is a part of the other forums, it would greatly appreciated if they could post this thread over there also.

Gen4 camry uses many of the same parts, but the layout is a bit different. The center console especially has a diff layout, so it wouldnt fly.

Does anybody know if the 99-01 kit will fit in the gen 1.? I like that color wood better and would rather get the gen 1 kit instead.

it does fit, but the colors are darker than gen 1.5. I don't know what you would do with the lighter woodgrain along side the door and above the vents though ( the ones that came factory)
