Searching for rims is tough. There's so many out there. I'm definitely glad to see you're going with 20s.

Show us your ride once you get the new shoes. About when are you planning on getting them? Took me about 3 months to find what I really wanted. And I'm on my second set...haha.

I love the Armano Dunamis personally. I had similar rims on my GT and love the styling. Go to the link on the bottom of my sig. to see how they looked on my black GT. They were 18".

If you want to stay close to the stock design and flow of the car, I'd go with the Zenetti Five, since they are thicker 5 spoke like the stockers.

Armano Dunamis

Postby JayDubz » Thu Apr 28, 2005 11:03 am

I suggest the Armano Dunamis, man these are a very classy / luxury looking wheel. the split in between the spokes give it a nice effect when spinning.. I have wheels that are almost identical to these... And they always are very clean spinning it looks like a bubble.. because you dont have that effect of too much chrome.. so it complements the solaras style just a little bit more.. good luck with the selection..
Im looking for my rims and I havent even bought my car yet hahaha....
I got like 6 months but I still compare rims and still doing research LOL

They big body yes

Postby JayDubz » Fri Apr 29, 2005 8:15 am

Depends on the look ur going for... as for the paint of the center cap to black to match i think that would make them look tacky and cheap... u can do that to big body wheels... they will chop nice though.. very nice effect when chopping.. my boy got similar rims like that on his lexus... if u gonna paint the rim make it look nice ;-) too little or not enough color in the rite spots is a fashion mistake made by most!
Just my two cents.. peez

O

Postby JayDubz » Fri Apr 29, 2005 8:18 am

And one more thing.. if your gonna get your wheels painted at all.. make sure they make the paint identical to your car.. most people think they can get any black car with any color black wheels.. it looks tacky(to me) when you have two different blacks.. I think its stupid if its not matching.. just like wearing a faded black shirt with some crisp black jeans... Just nasty... LOL as cordination is the key to a cars beauty ;-)
So i think anyways...
