I like the black grilles very much. If I did not have chrome wheels and was not going for a bling bling look, then I'd definitely go for the black grilles.

Let me do this for you. I will take pics of the black upper and lower grille and install it on my car, which I will soon paint for another customer. It's supposed to rain here all week, so I won't be able to post pics until this weekend unless it gets sunny.

I'll take a few different pics of the version 2 lower black grille as well and hopefully you can get a better feel.

I will sell the Black Lower Grille Version 2 for $70 with FREE Shipping as opposed to $75 in the post above. Remember that Version 2 does not have an upper to match at this time. I'm still trying to make this material fit.

Are you interested in the combo set or just the lower? The reason that I'm asking is that I only have a few of the black version 2 material and don't want to waste it if I can help it.

Thanks,
Michael 8)

I wonder how it would look on a red car. I am unsure if the chrome or silver will do for mine. Can you ask any of your customers to post their pics if they have a red car!?

After talking to you and reading about the second version of the mesh, I'm a bit partial towards the second version. As I mentioned to you I want to install gun metal color Rims so Let the people decide!

Also are the black upper grilles available yet? And how do y'all think they would look on a silver car? As opposed to the chrome ones I mean 8) thanks everyone...

CHROME looks better on silver than the black would.

I got my emblem on ebay too. And yes, chrome looks better on a silver car.

SWEEEEEEEET! Ima buy it right now... Will it stick to the mesh grille ok? I saw that somebody put it on there, but will it stay on there? Doesn't seem like that a solid enough surface for it to grab on to...

If your talking about the "Toyota Cowboy" round emblem then yes it will stick onto the mesh grille perfectly but you MUST SPECIFY to Mike that you want the emblem option.

If your talking about the "VVT-i" emblem, it already comes with the factory adhesive so all you have to do is peel the tape in back and stick. However, I personally wouldnt recommend sticking a VVT-i emblem on the grille, cuz I dont think you want glue on it.
