How many pounds of pressure you have on your tires?
I have 225/35/20 with 30lbs is that correct?
Can we reset the tire pressure indicator on the dash to monitor the 20's

My best guess is 35 to 40 psi for these.
Yes, if you reset the pressure monitor system, it should work okay with your 20's.

When I had my 18" TRD Wheel and tire set installed at a TRD

authourized Dealer the TRD technician said to never run less than

40 lbs.
in the Michelin Pilot Sports. He said running under 40 lbs. will

lead to 1.) premature tire wear on the outside tread

2.) rim damage

I am sure that this line of thinking applies to your setup as you are

running an even lower profile tire than me.

psi in tires for 20" rims

Postby EPADEMIK » Mon Apr 04, 2005 1:01 pm

I run 36 psi on mine. If you run too much air in your tires you will go thru tires like nothing.
