Whiteline Front Sway Bar... who has it?

Postby Jackass-Jeff » Fri Mar 11, 2005 9:12 am

Who has it, which suspension are you running and which rear sway bar (trd or whiteline, if trd, which setting) are people running?

I gotta know now... since people say the FSB is a good addition to suspension work... wouldn't it almost eliminate the effect of the RSB and create understeer? I thought we needed front end flex to maintain grip...

Answers please =]

Thanks in advance!

i think greg is running that set up. I had the same question too, if we were to put the front sway bar on, it would just counter the rear sway bar and so the whole car would just go side to side, well actually it would still understeer due to fwd.

I've got it, but unfortunately I put them on at the same time. So, I can't tell, but I like it though.

I have it. I did the rear first. I like it alot, as it makes the whole car feel more direct. I got mine from CTM.

well, right now, i've adjusted my dampening to correct for oversteer and understeer... right now, it's only lightly oversteering... but i need to redo the rear eventually... it's too soft...

Yes I've got the WL FSB and TRD RSB, and the car will lay down in a curve at HIGH speed like it's on a rail. I love jumping on an exit ramp with someone in my tail and watching them damn near run off the road trying to keep up with me. 8) They eventually have to slow down. The best part is just as you leave the curve at high speed you can induce the sling shot effect when you dump that throttle. 8) I like and highly recommend it.
