Need opinions about lowering

Ok ive been going back and forth between dropping my car with either the TRD springs or the Eibach Pro Kit. Everyone who has lowered their car with the TRD's, i like the way they look a lot. The TRD's drop the car 1.2Front and 1.4Rear while the Eibachs drop it 1.4Front and 1.6Rear. Yeah i know that the .2 inch difference between the two sets is not going to be a greatly noticable difference, but i guess im just confused about which set to go with. Now keep in mind that come spring time again im going to be putting my 20" wheels back on. With considering that fact, i wonder how much room i'll have with even the TRDs. The thing is i want a nice sporty looking drop but nothing outrageous (and both of these sets dont seem to be outrageous). Im very happy with the way that the TRD springs make the car look, but i guess its just curiousity about what the Eibachs would do for the car. I want a noticable looking drop, but not a "tucking tire" noticable. Any info and help from you guys and girls would be very much appreciated!
I dont know what everyone else paid for their spring sets, but the best i found for the TRD set is $199 and the Eibachs for $230.

Since you have a 2004 Solara it seems to me that TRD is the only way

to go. When bought and installed by a Toyota Dealer that is TRD certified

the springs along with every other suspension component is covered by

your warranty. I had TRD springs, Rear Sway Bar, Front Strut Bar, Air

Filter, Sport Muffler and 18" Wheel and Tire Package installed one week

ago.

The car looks really good and performs as well. The best part is that the

mods are all covered by my new car warranty.

Thanks for the info, but i dont feel like spending an arm & leg to have the dealer install it. I dont mind about the warranty.

IMO with 20 inch wheels you don't even need to be lowered to look lowered. If you have any people in the back seat and you are lowered, that won't be a good thing since your springs will probably hit. How many fingers width do you now have between your tires and the fender with those big tires?

Go with TRD; you stated you wanted a sporty look and not the "tucking tire" look, so you answered your own question - TRD.
And go to a tire center to install the springs.

got sport- what size tires are you running on your 19's? Also any rubbing issues with the wheels and the drop? Ive got 20's as i stated before and what looks to be a thicker tire than yours (by the looks of your pictures) so i think with my tire/wheel combination and a TRD drop the wheel wells should fill up pretty nicely. As for how you said to take it to a tire center to install the springs, why do you suggest that? For the past 6 years ive always done all my own installs on everything (with no problems lol ). If i was going to pay someone to install them, it would probably be Toyota just for warantee purposes, but i could care less about that.
