Nope I did my war, a real one. Now I'm doing what I please. The tank will look very nice custom painted when I hit the car show circuit in Arizona. Yes I said Arizona!!!

A gas tank? How is that aesthetic? Pretty new cap?

Just playing, but yeah, give us some more information on it when you can. I personally will probably not get it but i'd like to check it out. Great job on the car man.

I will tell you this. I would have never thought a gas tank would be your next mod at all. Anything to reduce weight must be good, I suppose. Good job on your next new project!

its more of a safety issue to me. if its a lighter trunk and its all shiny and stuff and its outside is the durability comprimised??? things like that make you think twice. not trying to knock ya or anything just cruisou if you got a fuel cell??? and mounted it in your trunk.

A fuel cell would cut some pounds and also easily allow return lines. Plus it would be a hell of of lot safer than a stock tank if mounted properly.

Going all out arent you Greg! Even moving out west so you can run year round with ease.

I personally think the tank idea is good (at a reasonable price). I wouldnt mind compensating for the huge weight that my stereo is adding,

I just thought it was funny how Gabe 'worded' his post.

Oh and I didnt mean 'war' (as in bombs) more of a friendly rivalry :D  type of a thing

I'm trying to imagine how you would see it. Never really been to a car show, only the ones for new cars...blanking on the name! haha

Very admirable mod, certainly unique. Seems like you're really modding that Solara hard...keep it up, great inspiration for us all man.
