Thanks.. Though it was quite embarrassing when I brought it to the shop only for the service manager to come over, press the button, and have the window automatically roll down on its own. Turned out it wasn't broken after all, and I just wasn't pressing hard enough (I guess I was in the beginning). I said to him, wait, wait! let me try!! sure enough, i went over, pressed down, and it automatically rolled down. GOOD THING the cargo tray in the trunk was loose and they had to work on that, cuzz i wouldve had to go home red faced :oops: :lol:
