I don't have a problem with a meet at Hooters. I spent the better part of my summer at Hooters in Wayne, NJ for Tuesday Bike Nights

HEY THATS MY HOOTERS! The one next to Willowbrook on 23, and theres a massive chinese buffet place right behind it that they just built. Bout 10 minutes from me. (Yo Chris if your reading this I know u were tryin to set up something in Jersey. Not sure if you were thinking a bar/resturant, but this one might be one to put on a list)

Anyways yea, two of our last meets ended up at Hooters so its a good spot. I'd say I'm in but for some strange reason I'm automatically in for anything within 5 hours of me. I got my girl who I got in a nice White Gen1 V6 that might drive up w/ me too (yea sorry Chrystie, you got competition). I gotta ask her, but she said she was down for the next meet.

And since we dont have a date down, I'd like to request a Saturday. Sundays rough cuz Monday comes right after.

Thats perfectly fine with me, as long as i can get alcohol in my blood lol . So we gonna meet up at hooters in CT or hooters in NJ?

And does November 13th, Saturday sound good for everyone, between 11am-12pm?

woo! count me in! Thanks for the heads up on this Marc. I can offer overnight housing and prolly a kick@$$ party at school/my apartment, less than half an hr away. If nothing else, the bar scene up here is pretty sweet on Saturdays but if people coming are having issues meeting the legal drinking age, a good old fashioned house party can cure that. Maybe we can get another football game going in honor of Jones Beach!

Also, if you guys want, I can tell the guys in my school's car club about this. They're real open-minded and maybe would come eat/party. Shoot me some opinions

I think 6 is too late. It'll be dark by the time we get there. It gunna get dark even earlier after we turn our clocks back.

Should start it anywhere between noon and 4pm. We can flex dependin on how far the furthest people are coming from and if they plan to drive home that night, and whats planned for later that night

And btw, I think I'm up for Grazi's that night if anything happens. Drivin both ways in one day ain't fun, and I'm always up for a houseparty or the bar hop. Always wanted to visit the home of the Huskys anyways.

Thanks Jon.... the thing about that Hooters is that it's on the Berlin Turnpike, which is the center of Ct's racing scene. Its got a website devoted to it, www.thepike.net check it out. So depending on what you want to do, if you go later, there might be some schtuff going on...
I think 6 is a little late for a meet however. If you want, maybe some time around 3ish would be better, give everyone's cars a good look, get some nice (chicken) breasts and thighs, there's a local mall/movie theater, and either make Happy Hour or make our own Happy Hour at my apt. www.Huskies-Teds.com is the local bar website if you wanna look at that, and I'll see if I can compile some pics from parties I've had here so you can weigh out the options.

All are welcome, you just might wanna bring something to sleep on. Campus tours will be available on request.

bowling works... I can look up some alleys in the area. The Berlin Turnpike is very commercialized, so I doubt we'll have to go far to find one. I've mentioned our meet to some guys in my school car club, and I think a few wanna come check it out, or at least party with us if we decide to do so. Is that cool with everyone? Do we wanna party? I know Jon's in, prolly Fenix if he comes too....lol
