From what it looks like i bet you can buff it out with some minor scratches. Get someone to squirt a new layer of clearcoat on it and i bet your good.

Looks like Michael's mesh maybe prevented the sheetrock from penetrating further and causing damage to the radiator.

I'd say quite a bit of that can be removed assuming it was drywall and not concrete backer board. It'll take a machine (PC or a SKILLED rotary user) for best results.

If I were tackling that, I'd start with a cutting pad, Poorboy's SSR2.5, and a PC set at 5.
