I wanted the car to come with the emblems, but the dealership wanted 180 for the emblems and another 200 for installation!

So I just picked up the emblems from another dealer (for about 160 bucks), picked a hot day, and had at it with a friend's help. Didn't even need a blow dryer... just lots of fishing wire. The rear Toyota logo was a biyatch to get out cause of the pins and the spoiler.

All in all, money well spent... I may eventually remove all but the "Solara" and the Toyota logo in the back.

Gawd, the Toyota logos on the 04s are WAY too big. ITs just disgusting, to me. I like the black pearl color on the emblems, and that you want just the Toyota logo and the v6 thing still there, thats what I did too.

If they only made smaller dang logos just for the 04. Maybe a Gen 1-1.5 emblem could be just retrofit for it. Its not that hard for a bit of plastic to fit.
