my guys giving me his Z tires with 17' rims.

i think the tires size are 240.

do you guys think i should replace it?

Wow the wheel must be pretty wide to use 240mm wide tires...
I would bet it will not fit the lara no matter what offset you have for your wheels !! IMO...and at best it will be an extreme close call coming with a ton of tire rubbing worries.

350Z I presume?

If so, you might be fine if you're stock height. I used the 350Z 17s for a couple days back when I had stock suspension and everything seemed to be ok (although the tire setup was 225 front, 235 rear)

If you're lowered, you will rub like crazy.
