Have you done this personally? I'd like to see a successful finished product to support this. So far, I haven't yet.
Jeff you mean you never see a smoked taillights from him or from anybody on here (Gen 2+ side) ? Because Sean (kpxboi0619) and myself have our tails smoked. He even has Gen 2 but he let the pros at InStyleGraphics

I've seen Sean's in person - and they didn't look very good. He had a lot of problems because of the Gen 2 tail "bump" - THAT'S what I'm referring to... applying film to an uneven surface. The material has to go somewhere - it's not like it's vacuum formed or anything, so it's going to pinch, buckle or bubble.
So IF someone has successfully film-tinted their Gen 2 (2004-2006) tails, I'd like to see it, and perhaps they could share their techniques for getting it done properly.
when did you see my car?????? I wanna see urz

yea I was one of the first guy to smoke the gen2 but yea freakkking hard cuz of the bubbled part.
so when my guy did it, mine was his first solara so hez gonna take it off and smoke it again. cuz he smoked my friend's solara perfectly without any bubbles (gen2) yea using heat gun to heat the film up really helps.
