There are no dynos that i know of in my area. People are constantly asking me how much power/torque i am making and i have no idea what to tell them...my mods are as follows

TRD SC@7psi
Fuel line mod
Weapon R with 7"k&N
Fuel pressure regulator mod
Torque Rod
.020 bore increase(FWIW)
Ported lower and heads(mild, really like pocket ported)

5 speed

Could someone with similar mods post their numbers

Also, I am looking into an AFC.. Suggestions or regrets on yours??? I havent even checked my AF Ratios at all since the blower install...my tailpipes tell me Im running rich tho, even at 7 psi(i need to check fuel pressure!)

have you considered replacing your clutch/flywheel? There's a lot of power to be freed up there... especially with your setup.

Sorry, I can't give you a good estimate though... I just don't know enough about the solara yet. I would say though, that mandarin has about the right ballpark, you're definitely over 200 fwhp.

you'll find my dyno sheet on my cardomain. SAFC really helped out in fine tunning my AF ratio. I was running extremely rich prior to my tune, but she works great now (with the exception of just blowing an O2 sensor).

As far as Hp/Tq...with your port and polish, 7lbs., stick, etc...I'd guess close, if not over 300 whp. I'm pulling 286whp with 6lb. pulley and not port and polished.

I have a 6 puck clutch...i need to get an aluminum flywheel though!

I was shooting for 300whp when i started and am thinking I can get that after tuning. I beat a Mustang GT that beat me terribly when my car was stock. Beat him off the line and stayed ahead the whole fing time! I hear no detonation and my CEL stays off, I run Shell 93 with 4 gallons of 110 octane to top it off so thats probably why.

mods

You really should upgrade your injectors. Your current fuel mods are not enough to support 300whp. No way your gonna get 300whp on stock injectors.

At least 250, not more than 280.

I got over 230 to the wheels with 5.5 pulley,RMM intake and TRD Muffler(no performance gain from the muffler) in the hot GA heat.

Depending on the degree of the P'n'P job, I'd say about 240-245 untuned, and 27x tuned should be right.

I'm just going on the fact that the car is about 157 stock WHP, but you realy should get new injectors and a new pump if you don't have one now. Also an AFC and you'll be a lot better off than you are now without one. Lightened flywheel will definitely help as well, and just make sure you have good tires to help put all that power on the ground, without tires high HP does you no good.

Curiosity question... are you on stock rods and pistons? I can imagine once you tune and upgrade injectors to make more power that stock rods and pistons under that 7 PSI may cause some trouble.

bottom line I guess...get your car tuned. Take a weekend and make a trip of it or something. Your car will never be at it's fullest until you get it to a dyno.

My car (RIP) was a quick street car, kept up sportier cars. I always had a bunch of soot on my bumper and was probably running pretty rich also.

From S/C'ing a Solara and reading posts for a couple years, the secret to good, reliable power with the S/C is in the fuel mods and tuning them properly. I never did not get to that point yet before I totaled it.

As far as bolt on's to compliment the S/C, a high flow y-pipe free's up lots of power, as well as a flywheel to a lesser extent. The bolt-on part should be a breeze for you.

Sorry guys, when i listed my mod list i only listed performance improving components. I have eagle rods and JE pistons, so Im not worried about breaking something. I am doing a drive cycle test today while my buddy drives and im going to record the data. At least then i will know what my A/F is looking like currently and if i should be flogging the engine like i have been or not.
