Hey guys/gals

I have talked to ZPI about making a turbo kit for the solara and camry. I need people who are serious about buying a kit from them. I do not want to people that are just talk.

ZPI has already made a kit for the scion tc and their stage 0 turbo kit dyno at 230hp. The other stages turbo kits like the stage 1 makes close to 300hp. So I am looking for serious inquires and people that would want to put a deposit down for the turbo kit.

check out www.scionlife.com for more info also there will be more info on www.2azperformance.com

ZPI is doing a big favor for the camry solara community.

any question just ask!

and NO they will not make a V6 turbo kit

I'll reply. I am interested but I just dont know how interested. I am in the process of trying to buy a house. That may require me selling my car since my wife is a stay at home mom. If I sell my car, I'm not going to buy another 2az solara so I'd be out. If I dont have to sell my car, I'm def in after I buy my house this spring.

*EDIT* I figured I'd add that some supercharged/turbo charged and even completely stock tC 2az's are experiencing bearing failure. ZPI has confirmed that even though the 2az tC and camry/solara have the same block, the internals are completely different. That may be a good thing because the tC's bearings are failing and our bearings are different. ZPI has said that it's almost impossible to get a tC bearing which may mean toyota is doing something about it. The flip side is that our bearings (camry/solara) are everywhere. I have 50,xxx on my 2az 5sp and its as strong iff not stronger (it feels stronger) than the day I bought it. The fact is we might have stronger or even weaker internals than the tC. Its a chance we have to take to find out.

the bearings on the solara and camry should not have a problem. unlike the scion tc. the internals on the camry should be better built. our internals are thicker then the scion tc. plus also it depends on the drivers. alot of people would blame the turbo or trd that their motor blew because this motor can't handle boost or the internals are weak. but the fact is that the driver probably was stupid or doesn't know how to break in the motor when their handling boost.
