XERD Product PICTURES!!!

hello everyone,

Our intake, stainless steel cat-back exhaust and stainless steel headers for the V6 Solara are are finally in production. We will have a production version of each of the products for testing in the next 2-3 weeks and then they will be available for purchase.

I promised i will show pictures of the prototypes so here they are.

For pictures go to http://community.webshots.com/user/xerd

Keep in mind these pictures are of the prototypes only and the production version will look a lot better. We also dont have a picture of the filter that we will be using with our intake but it will be included with the intake of course.

Even though we have prototyped these parts and can go into mass production right away we will need to get some orders before we do that. We will need 12 purchases for each of the products in order to be able to sell them. The more orders we get the cheaper the price will be.

Below is the pricing.

Stainless Steel headers
15 Headers = $999.00
20 Headers = $949.00
25 Headers = $899.00

Full Stainless Steel 3 Inch exhaust system
15 Exhaust = $599.00
20 Exhaust = $529.00
25 Exhaust = $449.00

Cold Air Intake System
15 Intakes = $249.00
20 intakes = $199.00
25 intakes = $179.00

If you are interested in any of these products please e-mail us at sales@xerd.com or call us at 818-889-3737. If you e-mail us please include your contact info.

We wont request for any payments to be made until we have the products in stock but we do need to have your info in order to keep track of how many orders we have for each product.

I will also update every few days on the forums with lists of how many people we have so far.

All of the items above comes with a lifetime limited warranty.

Thanx, Eyal

The headers are full & equal length headers, they dont need a y-pipe, we have designed them for maximum hp and tq. The exhaust system will bolt right up to where the headers end. This version will make more power then any headers (shorty version) and y-pipe combo.

Our exhaust system will bolt on to your factory manifold system or our headers without any modifications.

Eyal, do you do installations? I'm very interested, BUT, i don't have the confidence to go under the car and part everything out.

BTW: where you located at?

wouldn't it be harder to install since its all once piece? Also will the headers bolt right up to the stock exhaust system? What is the diameter of the CAI and the headers?

We dont have dyno numbers yet, the pictures you see are only of the prototypes. We should be getting the first production sets within 2-3 weeks and then we will dyno all of the products.

The intake is 3 inch, headers are 1.5 inches merging into a 2.5 inch pipe. Our headers are 2 piece and not 1 piece and as a matter of fact would be easier to install since it is only a 2 piece and not 3 (2 headers and a Y-pipe).

All of these products are designed the best way possible for horsepower gains, build quality and fitment. The install is pretty easy actually, what will take most of your time would be to uninstall all of the factory parts, once you have them off our parts will bolt on within a matter of minutes. The headers also keep the stock location of the o2 sensor bungs for ease of installation.

Thanks for answering my questions but you missed one, does it bolt right into the stock exhaust system, i.e. right into teh cat with no lengh modification of the rest of the stock piping?

Yes, the header will bolt right into the stock exhaust and our exhaust will bolt on to a stock car as well.

All of our products fit to the OEM parts, you dont need to modify anything and you dont need to purchase our headers and exhaust in order to make it fit right, you can purchase either one and it will bolt right up to the OEM parts.

Hope i cleared that up.

I am wondering, without dyno numbers, how do you ensure "all of these products are designed the best way possible for horsepower gains?"
