Solara in Summertime Virginia

stopped on a half flooded road for a few pics.
the car is lowered on eibach springs, tokico stuts, and has BSA 18" wheels.
(rear fenders are rolled because they would rub on hard bumps or turns)
maybe one day ill have the money for a lip kit, but this is it (appearance wise) for a while.

Looks good so far man.
The TRD kit would make it look even better.

yea i saw these wheels on a forum members car and loved the way they looked, when i saw them for sale i had to get them. check it out:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=47307&p=554637#p554637

I edited my original post to include that i did roll the rear fenders. they only rubbed on hard bumps or turns when i was alone but with others in the car they rubbed easily. i rolled mine myself with a rubber mallet, this is not recommended, but i had success.

This is a amazingly nice shot. I see why you made it your avatar as well.
All the others are very good too. Now this is what I meant about "magazine cover pictures"
on the "Solara Picture Game" thread.
Notice how the Silverstream Opalescent Solara both stands out and blends in with the flooded waters,
and not one thing is out of place in the whole composition.
It looks like National Geographics or Car and Driver rolled into one.
This would be a wonderful cover on any magazine. :D
