Update on Indiglosolara

Postby indiglosolara » Thu Sep 09, 2010 10:43 pm

Well, Finally had time over labor weekend to get some pics of the car. My family and I went on a fishing trip and stayed in the cabin over the weekend and I woke up early to get some shots of the car. Car isn't clean at ALL but I they came out ok considering I didn't drive the car for a few days while I was up there.

There's a couple of shot that you can see the camber in the rear.
I also had to raise the front and rear just a little bit due to my driveway at my new house. Prior to this my front and rear were tucking tire.
Didn't realize it was that steep until we purchase the home and drove my own car over there.
I am however going to lower it again. I am thinking of going Air over Coilover.
Enjoy!!!

For those who didn't see the other thread I posted in these wheels are:
18x8.5 +35 offset front
18x8.5 +20 offset rear (negative 2* Camber in the rear)
225/40/18 Kumho Tires

I also have 18x9.5 +20 offset with 235/40 tires for the rears, but I ran into too many rubbing issues with them so I am sticking with the 8.5" in the rear until I figure out what to do.
But the 8.5's are nice and flush for now

Yea I know.. I did have it slammed.. I still drag my bumper right now at its current height when getting in and out of my drive way.
When I had it lowered more (front and rear tire tucked 1/4" into the fender I couldn't get in or out of my drive way and parked on the street.

So I had no choice. Which is why I am considering AIR right now..

Do UAS over your coils, or get K-Sport to develop an air system using their existing coilover for our platform.

I was thinking of K-Sport, they already have a kit developed for our cars.
Since I am a K-sport distributor I already get a pretty good discount.. but even with it its still very steep.

The drive way you see isn't my home, it's my sisters cabin in big bear.
My drive at home is already paved but since I live in a culesac corner property my drive way entrance has a nice big curve in it. which is why its so steep.

I do, but it was before the tires were on it. I haven't taken any since.
I only had the wheels on for about 1 day before taking them off due to rubbing issues.

I parted allot of stuff. Right now my car is modded cosmetic wise ie: TRD kit, Wheels.

I spent most my money on suspension and wheels.
All the performance mods I had were parted out
