So, my wife's father and grand father would always talk about a garage they had with a few corvettes and a firehawk that they had. I knew the firehawk existed as I had seen it years ago but didnt know about the others. Yesterday, I was given the "key" to the garage so I decided to go and pull some car covers back to show some skin. Unfortunately, the z06 was blocked in aby the other vette nd I didnt know where the fob was, I couldnt drive that. I could have taken the firehawk out but the registration was 2 months expired so I didnt want to take a chance. Either way, I will drive them all soon! They also had a Silverado, a bike, a new body ford thunderbird with some performance goodies (saw dual magnaflow exhaust) and sick red leather, and a chester molester van with some rally mag wheels. lol
The garage itself is immaculate and full of old nostalgia like a 50's fuel pump and some really old tractors. I didnt want to leave but I have to return my padre in law's H2.

I was trying to convince myself that a truck is best to have, now that i saw that firehawk thats what i want...

Thanks lol

Still cant decide... im giong to a college that alot of people do offroading at, plus ill hopefully be buying a small boat soon. But ill be doing a ton of driving... so idk if i should keep the solara that gets 35 mpg or just get a truck to have fun in and be able to do what i want....

The garage is really sick btw, is it just a family stock of cars that they just all share?

Yeah I hear ya. I was actually told to take the Firehawk for a few weeks to circulate the fluids but the reg lapsed and I frowned. That car is sick! Anyhow, I could live in that garage! It is like a house (it actually has a kitchen and bathroom) and there just happens to be all these awesome cars in the living areas. The cars are actually owned by the company my wife's grandfather/father owns so they are just another company/fleet car. These cars are the ones no one drives ironically.

My father in law has the H2, a red Yukon Denali, and a GMC Envoy. The grandfather in law has a mercedes e class, a Lincoln Navigator Truck, and a Lexus GX470. My wife and I have a 2007 Honda fit and a 2002 Toyota solara.. Who's the odd man out there. lol

The van is wheel chair ramped for an elder in the family. I dropped off the hummer and was told that the firehawk will be ready in a few weeks for me. Schweet!!!

Yeah, it is definitely crazy. I knew they had some cool cars cuz both of them are car guys but I didnt really think I'd be "in" enough to see em in person much less drive them. Its funny though, that they all call this particular garage the "guys club". My father in law was saying, over dinner this evening, next weekend we are going to play 18 holes but to be honest...I could care less about golf with the opportunity to dink around at the "guy's club".

Also, I found out that the 70's stingray is not actually in the family (which was funny cuz I was looking all over that thing and sittin inside it), its actually one of the company's vice presidents.

Hahaha, I get crap all the time especially since I got the carbon hood and rims and lip kit. They call my car "Tokyo Drift". For the most part, my wife's father's side buys all american but the wife's grandmother refuses to ride in anything but her Benz or Lexus GX. Those are the only exceptions to the American rule.
