yeah, i own that building. my parents are rich and im only 18. they bought that minolta office for me so i can take pictures in front of it. hehe....i wish. nah, its just some industrial place around where i live. there's a bunch. imma take pictures at different ones everytime. and as for clear corners, i prefer the stock amber corners. i think clears look a little tacky. it doesnt match or something....iono...dont know how to explain it. thats just my opinion though....so who cares

thanks for the comments, i'll get more pics when i get my mud guards back and i bought some fender trim thing, just a little icing on the cake.

Haha... yes i like your building more importantly tho, the car looks great! Im really jealous of the perfect paint, does anyone else seem to think the toyota paint chips real easily??

hehe, thats one of the great things about photos. they hide a lot of dents, dings, and scratches. my front bumper is probably the nastiest out of all of you. my car says its clean title, and i did a check on carfax to make sure, but the front bumper is repainted, i can totally tell. the paint is dull and done very poorly. i really want a new paint job, i wish i had the money.

i hope it drops just a tine bit. but anyway, im still happy. yeah, IMO black is the easiest and best color to work with when fixing up cars. its just really easy to make a black car look really nice. i dont think i'll ever get another color car. even if i got a new paint job, i'd probably just get a different kind of black or something :D

You forgot hardest to keep clean. :D Anyway the car looks great man. The way you painted the grill really pulls the whole thing together.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

Looks real good.. I hadn't really seen any pics of a Solara w/ stock wheels lowered.

Mines going to stay stock for a while, but when I get a job this summer I'm planning on lowering it since I won't be stuck on crappy roads next year.

So what did it take to install the struts / springs yourself Peter? Spring compressor tool ($30 i think -- you said you borrowed one), ..?

Wasn't too hard was it?

not too hard, just a lot of patience. i did it myself, woulda been nice to have someone help me. tools needed: torque wrench, compressor (free rental at autozone), and diagram w/ torque measurements.
