Modified Gen 2 OEM Grill (56K semi-warning)
So, I recently picked up an OEM grill on the cheap from ebay... and decided to hack at it...
This is what it looked like after about a week of work...
I fastened the mesh to the frame with zip ties here:
I ended up using mesh from the local home improvement place and painting it black (didn't want to sacrifice Mike T's grill... resale value

Sorry for the dirty car... didn't get a chance to wash it after last weekend's rain...
Also, I didn't do as good of a job as I could have, but overall, I think it's pretty decent... I have to try it out to see if the paint chips at all... putting the dremel to use was an extra bonus...
