Looks real tight. Nice tuck on the wheel wells.

(Off topic) What did you do to black out the chrome strip on the hood? Paint, powder coat, ... ? How is it holding up and how long have you had it like this?

They're Tein Super Street Coilovers... finally adjusted to the correct (recommended) height.

Heh, you must have missed my "cheap mods" series a few months back :)

http://www.solaraguy.org/viewtopic.php?t=23391

I used black vinyl to wrap the chrome. Picked up like a 10' roll of glossy sign vinyl off of ebay for $15. I've had it on for almost three months with no sign of wear. I just wash it when I'm washing the car, and put on wax like usual.

I was thinking of painting the chrome, but I knew for sure it was going to chip. I even bought an extra strip off of ebay thinking I was going to paint it. But this turned out so well, I just have the extra strip laying around.

I kinda did a half-assed job, and it still looks pretty good. I took shortcuts on the round edges by just cutting and wrapping over. If I had taken the time to use a hair dryer and stretched it, it would look tons better. However, as it is, you can hardly tell unless you're up close.

:::::DROOL::::: Nice rims, I like the multi-spoke aspect (but then again I'm heavily into Euro cars). What kind are they?

And yes, I used about 3/4 can of VHT NiteShades about a month and a half ago. I'm loving them!
