yea the CF is a vinyl i ordered online. used a hair dryer to shrink it on and mold it. as for the blacklights, they are the cold cathode tubes. would LEDs be better? I figure the dispersion wouldnt be as even...

mesh from home depot. took 6 tries before i got it cut right. sliced my hands up in the process. then sanded down the whole thing, painted the center part black, and painted the mesh and the outer rim silver. but i think im gonna have to redo it with clearcoat to make it shinier.
