The adjustability is there, I just need some 215/35s. These blocky-ass 225/40s rub like crazy when I go any lower.

^That's all I really need. Falkens run small anyhow, so they'll more than do the trick.

Looking good man!!!

Hahaha.. ^^once you have the kit on trust me its hard to go really low without banging up the kit.
I've already banged up a little bit of my side skirt on the underside due to being a little too low in the front, I had to raise it just a tad to clear speed bumps.

^^^ agree. I was grinding the frame rails having zero fender gap. Imagine how it would be hanging and inch or two lower with the skirts.

I think that's the thing keeping me from doing the kit. Besides, my Z will be nice and on the ground soon enough.

Wait 225/40 rubs like crazy?! News to me. Wouldn't 215/40 be better or is that still too tall?

^I'm going to go 215/35, since it's a slightly smaller sidewall, which would be a marginally better stretch.

225/40s would be the way to go......if I had a 9-10" wheel

So a 9 or 10" wide wheel will pull the sidewall back enough so 225/40s won't rub?

A 9 or 9.5", definitely (it would just be a matter of massaging your fenders properly at that point). On my cursed 8" widths, and with the strange body alignment of my car (RR quarter panel is 3mm narrower than LR qp), 215/35s would allow me to push out the little bit more that I desire (effective +22F, +12R) and avoid serious rubbing (minor rubbing is inevitable with ANY aggressive setup), as well as give me a better steering stance (my current sidewall is blocky and bangs up the fenders if I turn full lock quickly or am at any angle but straight going up curbs, gotta aim beforehand).
