Luckily I didn't have to do any overlapping. I definitely wanted to avoid that. The only issue with stretching is that you don't want to do it too much due to the color fading as it stretches. But definitely do some practice runs to see what works and the best way to overlap if you have to, also to make sure you have no bubbles. If you do have bubbles you may want to try the heat gun method but make sure you don't torch it. Good luck
