For the Dash, What i did was change out the bulbs to Hyper white. But i didn't use the cheap ones they sell at pep boys. I bought Polrags hyper white 194 bulbs.

For the Tail lights. Its a yellow gel type tint. they use it for headlights and others. its the same stuff i used for my fogs.

Kinda like a thick film they use for euro cars to protect the headlights. I think Junest got this done to her headlights. But with a Blueist tint. Correct me if im wrong.

But i just bought yellow. I applied it to the part i wanted and hand the film to shape the blinker part. Gotta becareful when cutting cuz you dont want to sctach the lens.
