Pics of atlred's front bumper accident

I have 2 friends that want to come. One is a pro detailer and the other is an obsessed hobbyist like myself.

I would not use a rotary on painted plastic at all...paint doesn't behave the same way over plastic that it does over metal...a lot of times you can make it worse. I have a small spot on my passenger rear bumper that I can't buff out and I'm afraid to get more aggressive because the paint may crack.

How bad is it scraped? I guess a paint cleaner/light polish by hand is the best thing to start with. It will be hard to get a PC pad in the dash...I work by hand in that area.

BTW, I took my "Toyota" badge off yesterday & removed my pinstripes.

I have quite a few products in the arsenal these days, but let's see what Nick thinks if he can make it. Lee and I can give a lot of opinions, but Nick has some bodyshop experience too.

Rene is trying to give me too much credit.
