Nothing was wrong with them... Just never had the time to put them on... haha I almost put them on but something always comes up. Like the time when my starter died on me, the time my rear valve cover gaskets started to leak, the time when all my tires was bald, etc... Ya, you get the idea. Engine wise everything has been change. All Gaskets, Spark plugs/wires, Timing Belt, Water Pump, Coolant Flush, etc.. All those above was holding me back. The fun on maintaining a car... Next will be suspension work. Get the TRD RSB on and the TRD Struts/Spring with new mounts. Probably get Change out some bushings while I'm in there, new Tie Rods and what not.

@ DSM_Lara: I PM'd you about your LED mod on the fogs... Your car is hella clean bro! Dope as f@(k! I am interested in doing a similar mod myself. I have two thoughts, either A. I want to line the inner vertical side, down and along the bottom side of each headlight, or B. I want to do the same as you have done with your Fogs ONLY, with either idea, I want crystal white LED's and I want them to run as replacement DRL's (since i've installed HID's which take away my DRLs) I'm hoping that the LED's will run as DRL's and then when it becomes dark and my regular headlights turn on, the LEDs will turn off. Anyway, your ride is definitely sexy. Look forward to hearin from ya!

Looking back on that first year I owned the Solara, Im surprise by the progress I made. By then I had all the parts that are not easy to come by. Unfortunately putting them on took me longer than I expected. I love this car to death and will be seeing more in the future.

Wekfest is coming up on February 17 in Hawaii. Lets see if there still accepting anymore people. But, I'm not sure... my car ain't really show quality yet. On the bright side though I'm waiting on my special stuff that I will be getting from Kenny.

Here's the difference between the 17"x7" Revo +45 and the 17"x8" +40 w/20mm H&R TRAK Spacers at the rear. You can actually see the slight concave difference between the two.
