You guys may remember me from my red Solara dayz... Well those days are long gone and wanted to give you an update on my latest project. Still got a Toyota and came down on the displacement by almost 1 litter!
I've been ok and just working like usual. I have abandoned you guys for a long time since I sold my Solara last year. I have noticed lots of progress has been made with a few member's cars and am glad to see that! Also noticing some people are still making rediculous posts too! ::ahhem:: no names. you guys know who I would be talkin about. . :drinking:

This car is comin along very well. Today I got my emissions certificate via a close friend. hehe. :wink:

Managed to obtain 147fwhp on this little 1.3L and goin for more.

Yes that was my fault. Forgot the dang hood pins and decided to take a stroll. (I am lucky to be ok). Close call.

After...Please excuse the masive dirty pollen! 2002 Toyota Phantom Grey Metalic Pearl. no pearl job. (YES it was done at MAACO!) Got their mid grade paint w/2year warrenty.

Paint job with premium prep cost $575
Body work, installing new hood and fender and filling holes in the back where the emblems used to be. $270

Sanding prep, primer, urethane and integrated uv protection/ clear coat.

Little green light next to the boost gauge is my water/methanol light. I just dims on when water/methanol pump starts pumping.

Can't belive it was just a week ago when it was 82 degrees today!

I dont know much about old toyotas and because of that I have now clue what kind of car that is. Im guessing its a corlla hatch. A sleeper at that! Nice work it looks good. Can you elaborate on your car a bit more for those of use that have now clue about them. Also how much does that weigh?

Sure thing.

It's an 89 Tercel, It's about 2200lb.
Has a Japan Toyota Starlet GT motor. 1.3L DOHC turbo charged .

This thing gives you some G forces kicking you back in your seat!

My goal is 200fwhp and tq. I'm at 147fwhp now with 126 tq.

Haha crazy... Dont blow up that motor... I know the cylinder heads on a 4EFTE arent made to handle 24psi stock.
