I chose silver rims over Chrome rims

I chose silver rims over Chrome rims

At first, I think Chrome wheel is so cool and most of the aftermarket rims i see on street are chrome finish. Everybody goes for chrome rims...I were also searching for the chrome wheel myself until i saw the silver rims on lexus sc430..wow look at that rims ..it's amazing

Image

I also saw a lot of european cars and many other luxury cars with silver rims. I decided to have a silver rims instead of chrome, 'cause i don't want peope call me ghetto. But the rims on sc430 was too expensive. I asked the wheel distributer in the US they said the pakage was $3,600. I am a poor college student, i can't afford it. So i picked Zenetti five as a subtitute. Unfortunately, All the companies i asked i 've got the same answer: it has been sold out or out of stock. Finally i found one that is not exactly like the one on sc430 but i felt happy about it. It's not bling bling anyway

I too prefer silver to chrome. I guess it depends on the type of car and the color. To me, chrome says boulevard cruiser, while silver or black rims are much more sporty.
