CamryOnBronze wrote:welcome back man! the car looks great. I thought a +25 would be more flushed out back there... I always thought my solara was pretty close to flush when I had a 18x8.5 +35 back there with a 225/40, but that was before I learned much about wheel fitment like I did with my 240. Props for running aggressive offsets though, I see a lot of potential- good to have you back!

yea +25 is agressive.... but you can def do more... my Work wheels are +19 with 8.5" wide in the rear so hopefully that will sit a little more clean..

however I know I am going to run into rubbing issues with 225/40 falken tires due to the sidewalls. I might need to change to Dunlop dz101 tires in the same size as the tires give a natural stretched side wall so it can help on the rubbin issues.

Very very nice car! The color is so sleek looking. Wheels look aggressive, and the attention to detail very much shows on this car. Super clean, and nothings left unfinished looking. I'd like to Welcome back your rebuilt Solara. I'm a youngin on these boards, as I just joined a couple weeks ago. I am very happy to be part of this Solara community though. Tons of sick rides!
