SolaraN8: actually, living down south, there's no snow, salt or anything like that; but your car DOESN'T stay clean at all. Trust me, no matter where you live there are birds (more in a warmer climate) and there is crap in the air that loves to settle down on your car.

Yeah Slingshot, my car is filthy...impossible to keep clean. The only plus about living here is that there's no salt to rust the car...it gets just as dirty, if not more dirty. :-)

Pollen is prevalannt during certain times of the year, but the rain and bird crap are the worst.
