My younger cousin actually did all my a/v...hes only 17 lol

So my OE dash kit came in today...its black....apparently it doesnt come in silver..and they dont sell the dash paint standalone.. Can anyone recommend a paint shop that can match the OE Silver paint? Preferably in the socal area but internet is fine. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Check it out fellas. The OE silver dash kit came in. Promise I'll have high-res pics of this as well when my system is fully complete.
There are some slight gaps on the sides. However, the quality is 100x more superior than that of the POS Metra kit. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fill in those gaps?

I just got my Valor dvd player and I'm having trouble with the wires.

I have a gen 1. Did you cut off the factory harness then connect the wires to the ones that came with the Valor kit? How do you know what wires go to which speakers? Also, when I took off the factory unit there was 3 wire sets: the harness, the antenna and another wire that I haven't figured out what it is. Any ideas?

So I guess I'm asking: after I cut the factory harness, what wires are what? And what is the other seperate big wire that's not the antenna? And am I connecting the wires correctly? (cutting the factory then connecting the wire kit to those)

I'm just afraid of blowing the dvd unit so I want to make sure I get this right instead of a guess and test method.... or is that the best method?

Thanks!
Deion
