you are alway amazed me that you tracked your camry. I just want to say well done, show them that it is all about skill not cars.

the 240 guys usually had the garden variety SR20 redtops and the corolla boys sometimes had the 20valve installed. too bad the Falken D1 drift team left early due to broken cars :drinking:

its was the buttonwillow even that I posted up a while back but no one responded. well let me know if anyone is interested and dont be scared, one of the slowest yet most powerful cars there was the R33, but those guys DID NOT knwo how to drive. all they saw was mud. haha

heres a couple of the other photos in a gallery... as you can see, once again there is no love for a camry :(

damn man buttonwillow sure looks a lot nicer and greener when its not during the summer. When i went last september itlooked more like a freakin desert

i was actually supposed to come out to this track day in my AE86, but I blew out the tranny on the way there if you can believe that shiz. oh well, better to do it closer to home than to make it out there and do it on the track.

ill be back at buttonwillow with my camry in august for sure at the speed trials event and before that ill be at all the streets of willow springs events showing the 240 guys how its done. :D

thanks for the comments guys! hey UfoZ8myCow, is the next buttonwillow as well as the willow springs event open to join? Im dying to get my car back out on the track. we've got a track here and some events over at Thunderhill, but its a stupid 200 dollars for only (5) 30min sessions. Let me know whats up on any track events, i'd be nice to see another fellow Camry out on the track :)

yeah they are all open either through speedtrial usa (www.stusa.com) or redline track events (www.redlinetrackevents.com). the next buttonwillow event is on the 8th but i will be busy up in norcal. after that the next event is at streets of willow springs on the 21-22nd. definitely would be cool to see more camrys out there on the track
