noise after installing trd rear sway bar

I own a 2000 SE and after installing the trd sway bar, I get some banging sounds from the rear driver side strut area. I took out the seats and panels to check the struts, thinking they were loose. But they weren't. Sound only happens from going over smaller bumps on the road. Not so much over bigger ones...odd.
