Shift gate

Sometime ago, I replaced the bulbs in my shifter gate. Now, some are burnt out again. I forgot how to remove the shift gate panel. Does anyone out there can give me a refresher course on how to do this? It is a 2000 Solara. Thank you. Midhael.
