Jack Tiedown?

Is there a strap or clamp that holds the jack down in our cars to keep it from rattling? Mine never came with one so I was just wondering.

If I recall correctly, you're supposed to close the clamp onto the mounting point/tab/whatever it is and that's enough to keep it from rattling.

So there is a clamp? My car didn't come with anything. Can you take a picture?

When I say "clamp" I meant the jack, sorry. If you lower the jack (closing it basically) you shouldn't have a problem with rattling - I never did.

And I'd take a pic if I still had the car.
