JIC Coilovers need new mounts?

Postby Guest » Fri Jan 09, 2004 10:40 am

Im soon going to be getting the JIC-FL-A1 coilovers for my camry and would like to know if I still needed to change the strut mount for the front. I too have clunking noises and would like to know if it would be a god idea to go with the revised KYB mounts since I am getting the coilovers installed. Do I really need the mounts or would the coilovers handle everything?

if that kit comes with the pillow mounts, then you dont need it to change your strut mounts.

If so how?
I'll check their site to se if they will respond, but if you have an inside track let me know.
And wouldnt that solve the strut mount problem so many Gen 4 Camrys are having. Including me.
